You can support a specific area: private digital infrastructure, platform development, ecological ventures or spaces for collaboration. The arrangement may offer benefits or an ownership interest in a particular venture, on terms agreed individually.

We also welcome landowners. Land may be contributed or made available for a project such as an eco settlement, learning centre or nature-focused collaborative space. Any interest in an ELM project and its settlement depend on the valuation of the land, legal structure, scope of the venture and a separate agreement. Simply proposing land does not automatically create any ownership interest.

One idea under consideration is moving old timber log houses and giving them a new life in eco settlements or learning centres. People working with us know traditional building methods and how to move such houses. Every proposal requires an assessment of the building, transport, site, permissions and actual budget. We are looking for people and investors who would like to develop such a project together.

1. Tell us which area you want to support and whether you can contribute capital, land or another resource.
2. Let us discuss goals, potential benefits, timeline and responsibilities.
3. After reviewing the proposal, we will prepare individual participation and settlement terms for assessment.

Farmers, craftspeople, specialists and initiative organisers can present products, services, knowledge or resources. Describe what you offer, where, under what conditions, and how an exchange or transfer could work.

1. Visit the ELM Platform and explore the available categories.
2. Create an account or sign in to add your own offer when this feature is available for your account.
3. Agree exchange terms with interested people.

We welcome people developing educational content, workshops, ecological projects, technical solutions and cultural activities. Suggest your own idea or join an existing initiative. Together we will agree on the scope, how results are shared and the terms of collaboration.

1. Briefly describe your idea, experience and the support you need.
2. Tell us whether you want to work locally, remotely or both.
3. Let us discuss the next steps.

On the ELM Platform you can explore products and services made available by other participants. Check each offer’s description, origin, availability and terms of receipt or exchange before deciding. Gift Pouches are vouchers for use on the platform; they can be acquired with fiat currency only through the ELM Customer Portal.

1. Browse offers on the ELM Platform.
2. Choose the appropriate form of exchange or receipt and check its terms.
3. If you need Gift Pouches, visit the Customer Portal.

You can help with events, workshops, documentation, communication, ecological work or local activities. We choose tasks suited to your abilities and clearly agree on the time, scope and contact person.

1. Tell us what you can do and how much time you can contribute.
2. Tell us your region and whether you can work remotely.
3. We will reply with a specific task and participation terms.
